​​​​Shen Wei est un artiste interdisciplinaire américain d'origine chinoise basé à New York. Travaillant à la fois dans les domaines de la photographie, de la peinture, de la performance et de l'image animée, sa pratique explore la manière dont les corps, les formes botaniques et les environnements construits façonnent la perception, l'intimité et la présence. Son travail examine la manière dont les images, les matériaux et les environnements génèrent du sens à travers la rencontre spatiale et sensorielle.
